Crozier is a global art logistics company supporting galleries, museums, collectors and cultural institutions with the storage, transportation and installation of fine art. Operating through a network of facilities across North America, Europe and Asia, the company manages complex art logistics projects for clients across the international art market.

While Crozier had a strong reputation within the industry, its social media presence lacked a clear strategic direction and consistent execution. The organisation wanted to use its digital channels more effectively to communicate its expertise, highlight its international network and engage more closely with the global art community.

Social media strategy
We began by developing a structured social media and content strategy aligned with Crozier’s broader marketing and communication objectives. The focus was on creating a clear B2B social media framework that would allow Crozier to communicate its expertise while engaging a professional audience across the global art market. We anchored the editorial direction around the company’s core operational pillars—art storage, transportation and art handling—while emphasising the scale of Crozier’s international network and its strong commitment to sustainability.

A key objective was to make Crozier’s operations more visible and relatable. Instead of purely promotional messaging, the content strategy aimed to bring audiences closer to the work taking place behind the scenes. This included sharing insights from day-to-day operations, introducing the people responsible for handling artworks and highlighting the precision and expertise required to manage art logistics at a global scale.

Social media management
Following the strategic phase, we developed a rolling content plan supported by detailed monthly editorial calendars and managed Crozier’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels over a two-year period. The programme combined behind-the-scenes photography and short videos from storage facilities, transportation projects and installations with employee features, operational insights and sustainability-focused content.

The result was a structured and scalable publishing framework that enabled Crozier to share knowledge, promote services and engage audiences across multiple markets through a clear and cohesive editorial approach.

Results
The structured approach brought greater clarity and consistency to Crozier’s digital communications and strengthened its presence across LinkedIn and Instagram. Over the course of the two-year engagement, Crozier’s LinkedIn audience grew by 41%, while its Instagram following increased by 23%.

More importantly, Crozier established a distinct editorial voice that allowed the company to showcase its capabilities, culture and international reach in a more engaging and authentic way.
